This is the state of being in a flow state. When you are in a flow state you are in a state of optimal performance. You are in the zone and you are performing at your best.
Your brain is working at its highest level and you are able to focus and concentrate on the task at hand. You are in a state of complete absorption and you are completely immersed in the activity.
You are in the moment and you are not thinking about anything else. You are completely focused on the task at hand and you are not distracted by anything else. You can create such state by removing everything that’s distracting so that your brain finds the difficult “task” you need to do as interesting enough to actually focus and do it.
Confession: It took me 6 months to write this book because i kept ignoring it because it involved too much thinking, so what i did was, i worked on the book every morning for 2 hrs before looking at my phone. Just coffee and this.
